Bad breath from brushing? [May. 22nd, 2008|02:09 pm]

I have a question, hope I can word it right...

Alright, so I'll explain my situation then ask.

See, when I brush my teeth at night before bed, I get the WORST garbage taste in my mouth in the morning. It's the really bad breath type. Yuk. BUT, if I don't brush my teeth before bed, the next morning I'm fine. I don't feel like throwing up from the taste in my mouth, ya know?

Why does this happen? Is anyone else experiencing this? Even if I use mouth wash and floss... Isn't it supposed to kill bad breath germs? I'm so annoyed!

Alcohol based mouth washes are actually bad for your breath...
